After the first class my back was much better, and after a month I’m no longer experience back pain and feel more energetic. I always was thinking that i'm not a yoga person and was skeptical on trying out. And now I'm very happy I did and will keep going. I really love the studio. It is very nice, calm and clean. I love their relaxing music playlist and the scents of aroma oils during the class. I definitely recommended on giving a tryout to this amazing place.
Mar 10, 2023 · Alena BI was so happy to be introduced to Prana by taking Rita’s excellent Ashtanga class! It is offered midday on Sunday—so after attending to morning chores, but before any afternoon plans. Perfect. The space is quiet, clean, and serene, with a big picture window letting in natural light. I am a teacher, and I take a lot of yoga and pilates classes, and I can say that Rita is great. She is a very knowledgeable teacher who offers gentle assists and cues very gracefully. She meets the needs of the students in front of her so that everyone leaves in peace. There is a softness to the space— and Rita’s clear delivery— that allowed me to really turn inward and breathe deeply. I would say I reached a better level of meditation than I do in less intimate yoga spaces. I look forward to trying out some of the other classes, but I will definitely come back to ashtanga with Rita!
