Mar 10, 2025 · AlbertI highly recommend! Even as a dancer, flexibility has never been my strongest suit, but Jackie and Alanna - who also have dance backgrounds - are so very helpful and attentive. Getting that assisted stretch in once a week is a great way for me to both recover from the physical stressors of life and improve my mobility in ways I couldn’t do on my own. And Zach at the front desk is a kind and helpful superstar!

Flexologist Kaitlin introduced me to this type of stretch therapy which also is a good supplement to my PT. I highly recommend trying it out.
