Joined this gym in 2020 and within 2 months of using the locker rooms I had contracted an aggressive strain of toe nail fungus. Worth noting I thought I was being very careful and always wore sandals in the locker room. It may look clean but its not. Fast forward 5 years and thousands of dollars worth of treatment later, I am still fighting this aggressive and unsightly strain for fungus, applying topicals to my toes every single day in the hopes to rid myself of this infection. Please if you plan to join this gym, avoid the lockers rooms at all costs or risk long term damage to your health.

Apr 09, 2025 · LA disappointment moment with this branch. The other day I cut my hand while using the lockers. It was bleeding and I couldn’t make it stop. So I went to the front desk and asked for a small bandaid. They said they don’t have any. I was surprised. So I asked whether they have a first aid kit, cause usually they come with bandages, and they said they don’t have it either. It’s surprising that a gym doesn’t come with these stuff. So, imagine something happens to you, and the facility don’t have basic stuff to take care of you.
Feb 18, 2025 · Saman BiookaghazadehI used to work there as a Personal Trainer. It's a beautiful gym and the staff is great. There's a "service oriented" philosophy as it should be for the price. Moist towels scent with eucalyptus and PT doubled as floor monitors during down time until your client list was full. That means the members and staff actually got to know each other very. There's complementary toiletries in the locker rooms and showers for members.
Oct 13, 2024 · Mike DeVonishI just had the worst experience with the front desk at this club. I have not been treated this rude at an Equinox and I go to quite a few in the city. The front desk doesn’t do their job checking who checked in on their own system and instead question everyone came in if they checked in or not. If the automated check-in system doesn’t work, please don’t even enable it and just manually check everyone in.
Feb 01, 2025 · Penny HuI registered for this gym in May 2023, but I've been experiencing technical issues with the app since day one. I can't log into my account to book any classes. I spoke with my account adviser, Caroline, who said she would need to involve the technical team to help resolve the issue. However, after a week, I still can't book a class through the app. I then called my account adviser to cancel my membership. The app indicates that my membership is canceled, but I'm still being charged month to month for the next 17 months. I called them today, and they said they can’t do anything about it, even though it's not my fault that I couldn't log into my account thus I had to cancel. The manager- Tang, said he can't do anything to help!
