Mandi is an Awesome Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Diet Advisor, and all around inspiring and motivating when it comes to getting in shape. I sought out Mandi after my pregnancy, she has been completely in tune to my needs as a post partum mother. Through my workouts with Mandi, I have re gained my physical confidence. With Mandi's tips and training my posture has improved, my balance has been restored, and my flexibility actually exists. Not to mention far fewer back Aches! Mandi gave me back my excitement to be physically fit and feel good doing it. I cant say enough about this Fabulous Woman!

Mandi is an incredibly caring, intuitive and experienced pilates instructor AND so much more. Mandi combines her knowledge of the body with other healing modalities of Reiki and Sound Healing in order to address the physical and spiritual, which are so intertwined. She is one-of-a-kind, caring, intuitive, wise and committed and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Pilatesmandi, pilatesmandi, pilatesmandi!! I have been singing her praises since the first session we had together. Mandi pushes you to get the most out of your workout whether it be in pilates or personal training. The studio has awesome equipment, the atmosphere is encouraging, & the workout exacting. I would train with her everyday if I could. Hands down, this is a gem of a pilates studio. Get into it!
