I was happy because at the end of the session the Master provided time for us to share stories about whatever made us happy because we had friends to share stories with. One hour with Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi, make me feel healthier physically and spiritually, my heart is calmer and more open, my mind is open and I learn to love ourselves and learn to forgive ourselves and others... forgive our bad past.. This practice has been everything I didn’t know I needed in my life. By the end of class I am able to get out of my head and fully feel my body with a sense of gratitude. It’s all about the physical & energetic buildup which takes a skilled teacher to provide. Master Sean and others know how to create this experience. I strongly recommend this practice.

My favorite place to relax and exercise. Master Sean always teaches about how to come back to myself and be focus again. Also, everyone here is nice. My other favorite thing about this place is, that they'll have sharing session after class, and the tea tastes really amazing!

Going to Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. I joined is to be stronger for physical health strength and mental fitness. For me, a person who didn’t like to exercise is looking forward to each class because at the center the instructors are kind, patient, supportive, attentive and compassionate.
