It really is the best barre class!! Alexander and all of the instructors he brings in are so attentive to detail. As a former ballet dancer, I’ve spent years searching for a workout that challenges/refines/maintains my body, prevents injuries and makes me feel great. BARRE NONE delivers all of that and more. The workouts are intense yet low-impact, leaving me feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned. Plus, the intimate studio atmosphere makes it feel like a best-kept secret. Alexander walks around the class for 60 minutes and does hand on guidance to every student! It is an incredible full-body workout that targets muscles you didn't even know you had. With my dance background , Alexander challenges us with variety of exercises daily . It is the best full body workout out there! Highly recommend!
