Christopher was wonderful. He taught a very good class and was completely present. A very gentle, open energy, and an excellent flow. I don't often write reviews but he is a true yoga teacher. I take a star off for how not hot the studio can be sometimes, and that they turn on fans during class sometimes. It is supposed to be HOT yoga.

Feb 13, 2025 · Stephanie AI wish I had seen the other reviews, the place is weird, front desk is supremely rude. The studio itself is so small and makes you feel super claustrophobic, the heat is not really heat because you don’t sweat, it is dry heat. The worst part the instructor just sits in a corner like a DJ and repeats what to do with zero interest in what we actually do. Just when I thought it couldn’t worse it did the instructor said next 3 minutes do whatever you want and I was so confused about why I came here if I could whatever flow I want!!
Mar 02, 2025 · shrena shahOnly good if you book through classpass. When you’re a member or buy packages, they just want your money and do not care at all about customer service. I bought a package. I am unable to book myself through the app or website. It’s been three months. They say they are looking into it but nothing changes. At this point I’ve thrown my money away because the passes expire. Do not spend money here.
Feb 22, 2025 · Kate MarroI appreciated my instructor's (Kristi) music selection. She provided clear guidance at an ideal pace, which allowed me to concentrate on my balance, my practice, and the instructions easily. The atmosphere was truly exceptional—something about the absence of mirrors and the soft glow of candlelight enhanced the experience even more.
