stephanie is the real deal. have done pilates fairly regularly for the past 10 years and have realized how hard it is to find studios doing proper classical pilates in nyc. stephanie is an incredible instructor who knows the body and will teach how to move. her studio is always immaculate and because it’s nice and small instruction is always personal. i traveled all the way from brooklyn to this studio for several years, that’s how good it is. if you’re looking for a pilates studio for i can’t reccommend well-balanced any more highly.
