These full-body workout classes are fantastic, and the best ones I've ever taken. (I'm a veteran of many fitness clubs and classes). You work all the muscle groups via her unique blend of HIT and Pilates-type methods. She customizes her music to each class. I always leave feeling great. The combination of the quality of instruction, the joyfulness of the class, and the woman-first vibe of the Floor Studio is wonderful. Overall, 5/5.

The Danaher Method is my favorite workout in NYC! I love the mix of HIIT and circuit training with barre and pilates influence. Catherine is a knowledgable and attentive instructor, keeping a quick class pace but always sharing modifications. She has such a warm and welcoming energy, no wonder the TDM community is so amazing. I now strength train privately with Catherine 1x/week and I’ve never felt stronger. I highly recommend Catherine and TDM to anyone looking to level up their fitness routine!

Catherine’s classes on Wednesday and Saturday have become part and parcel of my weekly routine. Each class is the perfect combo of cardio, strengthening exercises, fascia-release - and very carefully curated playlists :). I feel re-energized but also deeply relaxed after each class. What’s most important, Catherine’s warm, authentic and down-to-earth spirit make working out fun!

I am so thankful I discovered this class a year and a half ago! This is the most unique class I've ever taken in my 8 years of working out across NYC. Catherine cultivates a warm and inviting community of people and a judgment-free zone. Her focus is less on how her class makes you look and more about how it makes you FEEL. I always leave class feeling like I just got a massage - relaxed and zen. As an added bonus, my body feels stronger. The class is a little unpredictable (in the best way) - some days there is a heavier focus on pilates movements, and other days more cardio, but generally there is a good mix of many different workout styles which I really enjoy. I LOVE this class!!!!!

I have now taken a handful of Catherine’s classes and highly recommend! This is a full body workout and often includes a ten minute body rollout at the end to release the tension in your muscles (my favorite part!). I always walk out feeling better than I did when I came in (minus being sore the next day lol). Catherine is the best! I can’t say it enough.
