The dance cardio feels like a fever dream where your hips and coordination betray you (in the best way), and the muscle work? Pure fire. After 5 years, 10 years my body is transformed. So yes Tracy Anderson method does change our body shape. What I adore: Her approach reshapes your physique in ways no other program does. The community is electric, and Tracy’s cues—quirky, relentless, oddly motivating—stick with you. What’s tough: the learning curve is steep. Some days I left frustrated, wondering if my body would ever 'get' the choreography. But here’s the truth: Tracy doesn’t promise easy. Ive continue to show up during some of the hardest times of my life and the solution & results are always there waiting for me I have to be willing to drown myself in the music and tune out everything else.

Kind, positive, and supportive staff throughout. They really look out for you. The instructor was almost herculean. She didn't need breaks, she didn't sweat, and smiled the entire time. Modern studio. The workout was tough, and I wish I had attended a session without the extreme heat. It was a bit difficult to handle, but it is what I signed up for so 5 stars.

I came to NY for a quick getaway, and I'm so happy that I came to the TA studio while I was here. This was such a life changing experience, and I feel blessed to have been able to have the opportunity to attend classes. My favorite is the intramuscular classes, but Sam made me fall in love with the band classes.

I really don't enjoy excercise but have found Tracy Anderson classes pretty enjoyable. It's only fifty minutes and I find my mind is pretty focused on the present movement and not on how much I hate exercise :) She keeps the rooms hot and humid so you sweat a lot which feels good after. The showers are really nice and have good products. The people are nice. Attain definition is a good starter class.
