Reasonable membership fees open hours extended for members at anytime flexible hours which is very good for members , I usually prefer morning okay, if go lacking that day without exercising and start eating all the wrong foods Especially when I stopped eating bread Ice cream 🍦cakes,starches , I love rice,pasta, etc, While it’s mindset over what really matters, healthy habits or bad eating habits Obesity caused me, diabetes fighting against cholesterol and high blood , arthritis, anemia you choose longevity or die with heart disease number for women, I choose life, exercising is longevity eating,drinking lots of water, no sugar or salt 🧂 God Gets All The Glory! The staff is pretty nice. It is clean. The members do not put their weights away ever and people are aloud to sit on their phones for hours with out exercising. Put your weights away it part the work out! Stop being lazy! no one is impressed by the amount of weight you can leave on the machine. Come to the gym don't be child put your weights back and get off the machine if you want to use your phone!

These crew members are giving individuals a very hard time like their fathers own this gym in partnership. They fail to do their duties of keeping things clean around the gym. The bathrooms are nasty, toilet paper 🧻 rolls on the floor with garbag overflowing but their focus has shifted from everything that actually needs their attention to asking black memberships to scan multiple times so theymake sure 100th time they have a memberships. These workers are creating their own dictatorship. For heaven’s sakes you are ONLY working here. Be polite and d welcoming. They have a SNAPPY AND NASTY ATTITUDE towards members. NOT friendly at all. The old up until 2023 crew was much nicer. Many Machines are broken without any out of order signs and this is being observed since August 2023.

Honestly the customer service is horrible, I had signed up back in September online, after calling to confirm if my sign up went through since I didn’t receive an email confirmation and I was told it didn’t and I should try again, by the next month I was charged for 2 extra memberships. I came to this location to cancel the extra memberships and and get a refund for the extra 2 memberships since I was informed it was a system error and everything I was told to come back when the manager was there because no one else was able to get my refund back. After asking when it was the best time to find the manager, coming in on several occasions during the time I was told I would find him, I would come and he was not there and I was given such an attitude once they knew I was there for a refund. I came in 3xs til I was finally able to find the manager and that was after I emailed the company I was informed it would take up to a month for me to receive my refund via check. After that month beginning of November I followed up since I had not received anything in the mail, I ask for an update I was informed only the manager would be able to check In the system if my request was sent and of course he was no in, I left my number never received a call back. After calling and calling i ended up going to the location in person and of course the manager was not in and I was informed by the assistant manager it usually takes 6 months for the refund to be issued. Till today I have not received anything back, and it’s honestly the policy is such a joke, the customer service was terrible, I literally have to beg them to give me my money back when it was an issue on their end, and I don’t understand how such a big company can’t return my money yet they take your back account information and are so quick to charge you on the due date yet when it comes to a refund it’s such a joke.

Unprofessional staff. My account was frozen and they had a funny signature. No one knows whose... only a circle... They couldn't talk to me, no one higher up who would solve my problem.
