The deep stretches during aerial yoga really helped decompress my spine and improve my flexibility. I particularly enjoyed lying down on the nail mats; It's surprisingly relaxing. The instructor's massages were divine and added to the overall soothing experience. I feel rejuvenated and more flexible after each session. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enhance their flexibility!
