His energy is unmatched—so kind, encouraging, and positive with every student, no matter their fitness level. His music choices are always on point, making every ride feel like a party on the bike. Beyond being an incredible instructor, he’s also become a great friend. Spinning classes on Saturday mornings led by Wellington Silva continue to improve steadily. He is a very consistent instructor and makes sure that he builds a bond with each member of his class. I still highly recommend taking his class, as he is kind and welcoming to any new and existing members who walk into his class. Go and book the class before it gets full!

Rita inspires to workout. I am one of those people who like to workout first thing in the morning before going to the office. Rita’s morning body pump and total body conditioning are great classes to take early in the morning. For me to stay after work to go to the gym means there has to be a good reason. I would rather go home, eat dinner & relax…or even work late. But Rita’s evening classes pulls me to the gym and take her Pilates & body pump.

LADY M is the best Zumba instructor in the entire NYC. I always look forward to her class. It's fun, entertaining, and it does go by in a breeze. It is super intense, and engaging. Suitable for everyone, so don't be afraid! Tatiana will welcome you like you are a super star, and by the time you are done, you feel like a super star!
