Angel at the front desk is amazing - answers any questions available on the phone and does whatever he can to get you into the classes you want. The equipment is clean and it’s easy to sign up. It’s an athletic but smooth pilates. Great workout. Love it.

The group classes are small enough that the instructors can focus on individuals and make improvements to form. The studio is clean, well-lit, and utilizes different equipment to really get a good workout in every single class. Shout out to instructor Chass for making the workout engaging, easy to understand, the perfect amount of challenging, and fun!

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive always offering modifications to suit different levels. The studio itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the focus on reformer work here is refreshing. I highly recommend it’s a challenging and rewarding workout that leaves you feeling strong and centered. Definitely check NP out!
