I can’t say enough good things about Good Day. I do privates in Soho as much as possible, and not only have the results I have felt and seen been amazing, but I also genuinely look forward to my sessions because everyone here is so great. The vibe is warm, inviting, and fun, and the instructors are extremely talented, and all have personalities that make them a joy to work with. The studio is light and clean, there are changing rooms and water provided, and the equipment is top-notch. The room used for privates is also well-lit yet cozy. I knew I was in good hands from the moment she welcomed me into the studio. I took Clara's Flow class, I left feeling better. I couldn't recommend a better Pilates studio!

You feel the love as soon as you walk in the studio from her or any of her staff. The classes have a variety of exercises taught by instructors who are personable and hands on. This ensures you will get what you want/need out of each class. Definitely recommend a visit!

They are intense without being intimidating as they offer specific and easy to follow instructions, various modifications, and lots of encouragement. The @Home program is priced right and delivers wonderful value as you receive the current week and up to two past weeks to allow for variety or if you are bold and trying to get "quarantoned", multiple sessions in a day. I have tried other at home workouts during Covid/Shelter in Place and Good Day Pilates out ranks them in cost, variety in routine/exercises, overall workout and ease of following along/instructor facilitation. I highly recommend the @Home series if you are interested in practicing at home.
