My class with Kelly was a great way to start the day. She was so welcoming from the moment I stepped into the room. Before the class started she asked about any specific worries and if there are requests to focus on a specific part of the body. During class, she provided modifications so if you're new to yoga or just don't feel good in certain positions it's not a worry at all! Everyone in class were also super nice, I had a lovely practice.

I had such an amazing class!! Kelly was so accommodating to what my body could do and incorporated targeted stretches specific to areas I wanted to target. I felt so rejuvenated after my class! I love that the space feels so bright and airy and comes stocked with mats, blocks, and straps.
