Amazing Gym, Amazing Workouts! “The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out! Is very clean ,they have amazing steam room and sauna, locker room is super clean and comfortable, also they have tanning room and massage room😍😍it’s my favourite gym ever !!!

This gym is amazing !!! I’ve been coming here for 4 months now and the staff is always on point. Anytime you have questions or don’t know where things are. They will go out of their way to show you or answer your question. I especially love the hydro massage. The sauna is perfect after a workout just to relax and having towel service helps a lot. Very clean and always stocked. I always see maintenance people doing their jobs with cleaning consistently. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone. Already had 2 friends sign up. Hoping to get more in the future. Keep up the great work Impact !!!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this fitness club. I participated in their “Refer a friend and get one month free” promotion. I brought a friend to the gym and clarified the details with the staff before my friend signed up for a membership. Everything seemed fine at first, and I was assured I would receive the free month once my friend made the purchase. However, when I returned to follow up, the staff began providing conflicting stories. Two different managers initially confirmed that everything was in order and that I could come back for my free month. But when I spoke with a third manager, the situation took a turn for the worse. He claimed there were no records of my visit and that the director was against honoring the promotion. I was told there was no evidence, which was untrue—I was there with my friend when she signed up for the membership, and I should have received the free month as promised. This is not just about one dishonest situation. My experience with the staff has been consistently poor. Over the past year, I’ve observed an ongoing lack of professionalism and customer service. On multiple occasions, towels were not available, and when I asked for them, the receptionist claimed that the washing machines weren’t working, which is hard to believe given the amount of money we pay for memberships. Additionally, the gym’s showers were not properly maintained—there was mold, and the floors were dangerously slippery, leading to multiple instances where members slipped and fell. Another concerning issue was the sauna, where the noise was so loud and disruptive that it was uncomfortable and even frightening. It sounded as if something was exploding, and I’m unsure if it was due to the weights or equipment above, but it was disturbing enough to make me not want to use the sauna anymore. Lastly, the gym’s hygiene and safety standards were severely lacking. The floors were constantly wet, creating a slipping hazard, and some of the showers were not functioning at all. These are basic facilities that should be up to standard, especially for a place where people are paying to stay fit. I will be filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies, and I hope the authorities take action to inspect this facility. The gym’s staff has been unhelpful and dishonest, and the overall experience has been far below expectations.

I DJ recently at Impact for a fitness competition and I personally love the community vibe the gym has. Sabrina has done amazing job making people feel welcomed and give them a sense of purpose. I’ve been to many gyms in my life time and it’s something special when everyone who works at the gym knows you by your name. IMPACT is not just a gym, it’s a community and they welcome everyone!

I have been to impact for multiple classes like Zumba and pump. They are always so enjoyable and the instructors are so enthusiastic. The gym is clean and the front desk staff is so nice and helpful. The showers and other areas like the sauna and steam room are always clean thanks to the hard working staff. Every time I go to my locker I see them in there working hard to make my experience better. I absolutely love this gym and worth it. I would definitely recommend this gym to my friends.
