It’s a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment that uplifts everyone who walks through the door. The instructors are supportive yet challenging and the vibes throughout the many classes are great. There is a class for everyone whether you prefer intense and sweaty or restorative. This studio is a much-needed wellness space and a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

The instructors made me feel welcomed, and they started the classes with positive affirmations. I'm a newbie, but they were patient, allowed me to go at my own pace and assisted me with poses. The facility is clean and intimate. Kayla, taught the class last night. She was fun, and has a great speaking voice. I love it!
Mar 19, 2025 · meikasmom1My first time doing hot yoga and i literally loved it. The space was really nice and Kayla was open, friendly and understanding of those who were unable to achieve a pose. She helped me stretch to a point i didn’t even know i could get to and I loved every minute of it. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t tried it and if you have and you’re looking for a new spot to try definitely go here! 100/100 rating from me. Big shout out to the instructor Kayla for bringing me this new experience ✨✨

I always wanted to do Yoga and I was so happy to find out that a studio has opened in my community. I did not know what to expect but I attended my first class Saturday morning and it was motivating, refreshing and overall a great feeling to be amongst different women who are investing in themselves. Great vibes all around!! I signed up for the monthly membership because I definitely will be back :-)
