Most respect for the instructor who kept showing me how it gets done and to the amazing group of women who are doing all these exercises like champions. This is hardcore exercise that seems easy but it’s intense, you get to work your whole body in one hour. Amazing feeling of getting your whole body activated and useful. I highly recommend it for well being, especially if you don’t go to the gym much or are sedentary at home or work.

Mar 04, 2025 · Evers VaccaroJoined a class and when I arrived they told me they canceled the class - they give you a notice to arrive 15 minutes before start time (6:15pm for me) and they send a cancellation less than 1 hour (5:24pm) before arrival time when people are commuting there (which is not very professional and inconsiderate in my opinion). Would be nice if they give advance notice and are considerate of people’s time. Waste of time. Do not recommend.
Feb 05, 2025 · Ray HAn excellent workout for kids and adults. Coaches Agata and Chris are super inspiring. They guide and motivate me and my daughter to achieve the best results. I also love the people I meet there. There is no judgment just a pure joy of getting better, stronger and happier.

The community there is so encouraging and fun and I highly recommend whether you are new to working out or a retired athlete you will be pushed. Trained with Chris, Juliana, Pat, Phil & Julia and they are all incredible. If you are reading this take this as a sign and sign up now :)

I consider myself a gym rat but this workout takes my workouts to another level! The coaches are the best of the best! The community of people are supportive and very friendly. The workouts are intense but can be modified to fit every fitness level from beginner to athlete. The individual attention to each member is outstanding. The workouts change each week and you are encouraged to always push to challenge yourself. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, I encourage you to take a class and join this amazing community in our neighborhood. The team of trainers are local people who strive to make this facility a community hub for athletes and just your average Joe or Jane looking to get in shape. Teamwork and support at its best.
