No weight belt for calisthenics (like $15 on amazon, come on guys), labels on some weight stacks peeled off so you can’t tell how much you’re lifting, no preacher curl station despite 80 million cardio machines barely anyone uses. No incline bench either. No safety bars on the bench press stations so you have to get a spotter.

Started going at different times to try and avoid the crowds. And found a time that the crowds are actually decent. The gym is very clean. It has a shower in the locker rooms. And the staff is very welcoming and friendly.
