I’ve been training here for a half a year now and have learned so much. I was nervous my first time stepping in but was met by the owner who is so kind and helped me out with my first class. After that I was hooked. Im doing multiple classes now a week and was able to run my first 5k with little to no endurance before finding the gym. Everyone has been so respectful and kind. Look forward to everyday I can go here and train. You guys are doing something great at this gym, special place!

Aug 12, 2024 · Brit BauzaWent there for one first free session and I never went back again. I told the trainer I am here to see the gym and properly sign up. He was rude when he talked and gave instructions, but I said to myself that’s how most of the boxing trainers are. I have experience in boxing, but mostly I am self-taught, so I wanted to have training with a boxing trainer to fix any bad habits. At first, he had issues with me wherever I stood—I just wanted to warm up. Then he started coaching a sparring session. I am watching and learning while I am shadowboxing and then started on the bags. All this time, he didn’t do anything other than keep making me uncomfortable. ‘Don’t use this bag, use the other one. Don’t stand here—work there.’ I thought maybe it was because I didn’t pay for the session to see the gym. Finally, he decided to hold the pads for me for three or four minutes. The first thing he said was, ‘Oh wow, you have a bad hook.’ I told him that all I learned was from YouTube, so I want to fix it. This is why I am here. Then he started smiling when I threw a hook. Bro, I am in a boxing gym for what? Obviously, to train and learn—not to be laughed at. Then he left me, and I heard him talking to the whole sparring team about it in a sarcastic way. When the sparring team finished, he asked me in a rude way to leave because ‘we’re closing.’ The sparring team was still in the change room; they still needed a lot of time to leave, but I was asked to leave first. I usually do 50 push-ups at the end of the workout; he didn’t let me—he asked me to stop. I’ve visited so many gyms since I was a kid until now (I am 30 years old), but I was never treated like that. For a few months, I debated whether to write this review or not, as I see they have 5 stars. I didn’t want to ruin it, but I finally decided to do it. By the way, the next day, I went to the ‘Sweatbox’ gym a few blocks from this gym. One of the most respectful and amazing trainers works there. I had a very good experience with them. I stayed with them for 6 months, and I still go there.
Jun 02, 2024 · Alex MartGreatest gym in the world. I’ve never felt a better atmosphere in a gym. Greg Ardon is not only a legendary/ great trainer but an amazing mentor and coach.
Feb 04, 2024 · christopher matthewsIf you're looking for a serious gym this is the right place. The coaches know their stuff and all the people at this gym are dedicated and friendly. I was very intimidated to start back up after a lot of time off but everyone was welcoming and encouraging and now I go as often as possible
Jul 12, 2023 · Alex MillerThis is an incredible gym for anyone. The staff and the students are warm and inviting. There are structured classes for boxing, must thai, Brazilian jujitsu and conditioning. The gym is a great place for beginners, as well as advanced athletes. There are plenty of well rounded talented athletes and fighters here. It's a friendly environment, and family centric.
