I’m usually the type of person who feels lost at the gym especially when it comes to weights so this was my first try at personalized strength training. Everyone at Vita, from the coaches to the other members, has felt welcoming and enjoyable. It's been about two months and happy to have started my training with Coach Mel! She is encouraging, supportive, and personalizes each workout based on your fitness goals. Group classes are small with a balanced full body workout. Thanks to Coach Mel, I’m feeling more confident and stronger!

Been coming to group classes here for 6 months and it's been amazing. Terrance and everyone at Vita have been so helpful and kind. It's really helped me get back in shape and I've seen a major change in my fitness level in that time. Vita Wellness has been truly transformative for me. All the coaches are professional and delightful to work with. I've been training with Mel, who listens carefully to my goals, asks the right questions, takes notes, and pushes me to become stronger. I met Terrence almost 7 years ago….I was at a mile marker of a birthday and wanted to get back in shape and start a health journey. After losing touch during the pandemic, I knew Coach T was who I needed to come back from all the poor habits that had built up. I love his gym VitaWellness because I like the community / and accountability of the small group training classes. He really focused on your personal needs while still holding the structure of a planned class. He really customizes the exercises to your goals or injuries - this is particularly important for me as I have back injuries.
