TMPL West Village is great! The facilities are excellent and kept in good condition. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The main reason that I am a member however is the array of classes. They are high energy, motivational and cover all fitness needs (cardio, strength, yoga etc). In particular I love joining Alan B's Saturday morning LES MILLS Body Pump and Body Attack classes. Alan is very professional, yet keeps the classes fun and engaging! The yoga classes with Lisa L are also top notch. A big thumbs up!

I trained with Rube, and he was fantastic. He worked around my injuries, helped me hit my goals, and was super flexible with scheduling. On top of that, he’s just a really friendly, helpful guy who makes training enjoyable. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great trainer! As for the gym, TMPL is clean and has everything you would need exercise wise. They recently installed a sauna, but my one qualm is the sauna is always below 110 degrees, which isn't really hot enough to reap the benefits.

I have been a TMPL member for a few years and am very happy with all of the facilities. The class offerings are varied for all fitness and wellness goals, and I have enjoyed each one that I’ve attended. Each instructor brings their own personality and style to the classes while be professional and supportive to all students. Alan’s Body Pump and Body Attack classes are the highlight of my week - he is an expert in bringing people together and keeping the energy up throughout class! My only complaint is that I wish Body Attack was offered more than once weekly…

I love my gym so much but the best part about being a member is by far BOOTY PUMP WITH ALAN! Alan is the reason I pay to be a member here. Without my Saturday class to keep me grounded and on schedule I think it would be easy to get off track. I look forward to it every week and Alan is an incredible community builder!

I love this TMPL location and working with their trainer, Rube has been a game-changer in my gym experience. I have done a few personal training sessions with him where he taught me a ton of helpful new exercises and he is always around to give tips and pointers. He also runs a group training class that I look forward to every Friday! He makes everyone at all fitness levels feel comfortable and included which has really helped build my confidence and sense of community at the gym.
