I love the Trinity and highly recommend it! I started coming here about 6 months ago after moving to the neighborhood and looking for a new gym nearby. I was initially hesitant about the cost of small group & personal training compared to a more classic gym, especially because I wasn’t sure if I would be consistent. I was active playing sports growing up, but as an adult I had never found a fitness routine that I was able to stick with. Especially after working from home since the pandemic, I wasn’t getting as much movement as I wanted. Very happy I gave it a try, because for the first time in my adult life, I’ve gotten into a consistent workout routine that I actually enjoy! I think the class-based structure is very helpful for someone like me who previously struggled with getting motivated to go workout on any given day, because I go to the same classes each week and don’t have to think about it. With this program, I’ve been feeling better physically and mentally than I have for a long time, and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been before. I also really like the small group format of the classes. Before going to Trinity, I had been interested in trying strength training for a few years but was intimidated about trying to start on my own. The class format allows the coaches to provide personal guidance and correction on form, or give alternatives if you have an injury. Every single one of the coaches is awesome, they are all super nice and have created a really friendly and fun atmosphere at the gym. I didn’t expect how much I was going to like the social & community aspect, but it’s so lovely to go to a gym where you get to know everyone & people are chatty, and it’s become something I really value.

I have been with these trainers for a few years and never thought I could run a 5k and as of today I have run 5 marathons in 4 years and numerous 1/2’s. All thanks to the trainers at the Trinity who believed in one step at a time and anything is achievable!

All of the staff couldn't be more welcoming and make you feel like your part of the set up since it opened its doors. The extra attention to detail in what is best suited to you and the community spirit within the classes makes it a great place for people of all fitness levels.

I've been working with Aoife and honestly could not ask for a better trainer... I've never worked out in a gym setting before and was initially very intimidated, but she has made getting in shape accessible, has kept up my motivation, and has helped me achieve real results in a short period of time. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of where you're at in your fitness journey!
