You guys, this place is the best. A neighbor suggested I stop by a few months ago and I’m so happy I did. Matt and KC have created a high-energy, low-ego gym environment where the workouts are tough but the trainers make coming back easy. Good music, good people, and the best energy keep even the sweatiest sessions fun and make the hour pass by so quickly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone on the market for a new routine.

KC and Matt have created a beautiful space and the effort they have put into cultivating a fun, positive and encouraging environment is incredible. I’d recommend any of the trainers, but if you steal my slot I will come for you! My only regret is not starting with The Lodge earlier - don’t make the same mistake.

Trainers are extremely knowledgable, friendly, & really care about tailoring the workout to your level. Space is clean and always enjoyable as they limit the number of people working out at one time to maintain the environment.

Very private and tailored workouts to meet your needs and beyond a professional / knowledgeable staff. I ended up switching my membership and buying a 50 pack given they have the best rates as well in NYC for this level of personal training. Highly recommended to anyone in the TriBeCa area! OH and they have group classes on the weekends which are awesome to do with a partner since they are also very private group training!
