I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pilates studio. The first thing I noticed was the loud, obnoxious microphones they use during class. It felt like the instructor was shouting directly into my ears, completely ruining the calming, focused atmosphere that Pilates is supposed to provide. I couldn’t hear the music, couldn’t hear my own thoughts, just the instructor's amplified voice constantly blaring. On top of that, the service was absolutely terrible. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. I asked a few simple questions about class schedules and pricing, and they just gave me vague, dismissive answers. I had high hopes for this place, but honestly, I won’t be coming back. The loud microphones and poor customer service completely ruined my experience. Definitely not worth the money.

Jan 25, 2025 · Mariana FerritoOh god…I have never felt more uninspired than today. Blue pastel lighting… I mean what are they thinking? I felt like I was in an asylum. Being watched …always…. Also - the Gigantic monumental pillar - what a terrible architect… I was working out and all I saw was a very geometrical pillar. That’s all. Have a good evening.
Oct 23, 2024 · StanaNo idea why the reviews here are anything but glowing. It's a great workout and the staff are wonderful. Lizzie is my absolute favorite instructor - for beginners and for advanced.
Feb 07, 2025 · Alyssa CampbellI live directly above where the renovation is taking place for the new studio on 8th street in Manhattan. I just walked in to the space to ask about the drilling noises that have been a constant headache and distraction in my day to day life for the past month - just to ask for a timeline on when renovations would be completed. I was greeted by a blonde man in glasses who immediately told me to "get the f out" and was extremely rude and dismissive when I questioned the timeline for the work. He then closed the door in our face. This was the most disgusting, shameful, and rude interaction I've ever experienced and for someone who was potentially looking at buying classes to your studio for both my wife and I, I can say I absolutely will not visit your site here and will make sure my neighbors in the building also know of this interaction with your construction manager or whoever was responsible for overseeing your construction site.
Sep 11, 2023 · JD AwadI fell in love with SLT last year and haven’t been able to get enough since. This is probably my favorite location. It’s brand new and very large. Right off of the R too. What else could you want
