There are 2 floors, so there is a lot of space and a lot of equipment. Even at peak times I rarely have to wait for equipment since there are many alternatives available to hit the same movement.

Jan 20, 2025 · Derek SituI’m not gonna lie, I signed up just for the sauna but ended up falling in love with their classes as well. This gym is the best in Astoria hands down! Super clean, friendly staff and never crowded. Don’t bring your drama into here, folks are serious about their workout. I highly recommend them!

I was concerned being inexperienced and a noob would make me look foolish in front of experienced body builders. I was mistaken about all of it. I’ve completed the first 4 weeks and I’m hooked. Excited to see the results at 12 weeks and after a year. The front desk and staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Talking with Peter immediately got me excited to start this journey. I picked up individual private sessions with Stavris who’s been an amazing teacher and motivates me to push and educate myself. I’m seeing results not just with my physical form but with my mental health too. Pull the trigger if you’re debating to yourself to do it or not.
