Sep 26, 2024 · Herman ChengRich is an amazing coach who shows patience and compassion when teaching. After my first session with him I already knew, I was going to have an incredible experience. His clear instructions and positive feedback made me feel confident and motivated to continue training with him. Thank you for teaching me anything and everything about Muay Thai, Rich. 100% recommended!!
Sep 17, 2024 · TRRichie is truly a peerless instructor. It is rare to find someone so skilled, yet at the same time so grounded and humble. I formerly trained in a large group sitting where I received little instruction on how to execute techniques properly which resulted in the development of poor habits. My experience with Richie has been the antithesis of that as he spends great time and care in ensuring that your technique is executed correctly which can be an exacting process but well worth it in the end as you will certainly reap the benefits. What I also appreciate about Richie is that he tailors his instruction to your specific needs and does not expect that you conform to his preconceived notion of what works. He has my unqualified, and resounding endorsement.
Jul 09, 2024 · Sean PavlowCoach Rich has been absolutely instrumental in helping me develop my martial arts skill. His patience and knowledge has guided me through two tournaments. I don’t know where I would be without him in my corner. 5 stars isn’t enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sep 13, 2024 · Mike WebsterAmazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rich makes every session fun but also explains the reasoning behind each move as we go. I was intimidated by Muay Thai due to a bad ankle and was afraid to get injured from all the kicking but Rich always makes sure I’m okay before we continue. Even though I always complain during my sessions, I’m sure he knows I love training with him. 😂😂 Definitely recommend!!
