The gym seems like a nice environment to be in but the management is genuinely not what I expected. I had came in for a try out class and had difficulty finding parking so I was not able to be there “30 minutes in advance”. The receptionist was about to let me in until the manager decided to step in and say I would not be allowed to enter even though the class still had not began. My friends had entered 5 minutes before me and still were able to go in. Even with all “rules and regulations” the trainer still wanted to let me in but the manager ultimately decided to not let me in. It was just a complete waste of time and I don’t think it’s right for her to pick and choose who she’ll let in if the trainer was still willing to let me go in because the class hadn’t even STARTED yet. Definitely will not be coming back.

Apr 06, 2025 · Malvina VorfaI’ll start off with the positive and caveat that I took a free trial class to see if this is something I would want to pursue as I explore different forms of fitness. Pros: - Coach Angela was brilliant. I was a little intimidated by the process and she was encouraging and answered all my questions. I liked her approach to people and helping everyone out, also clarifying movements like when she helped fix my form. - Playlist was awesome, she had the members give us a warm welcome, and she also explained our results at the end. - The exercise is intense, but I could take breaks without feeling any kind of pressure to get back into it. Now the con, and there really is only one. I would think that the role of a front desk receptionist requires positive customer service, and this one guy working there did not provide that. When I was asking about the packages, genuinely curious, he rudely said “oh are you actually interested or was this just a free class?” and then when I left the place saying “have a great day,” he said “yup.” I feel like a bare minimum of the position is to somewhat influence you into coming back, because you want to feel welcomed. Instead I felt judged for taking up on their trial class offer, and it honestly soured the experience for me. If you are able to ignore the rudeness at the front, I think you will have a great time otherwise.
Mar 04, 2025 · Faina GordoverFor the 5:45pm class. Nancy was all up in my space and yelling five inches to my ear (with a mike on) when I took my phone out for legit two minutes to get back to an important email. I’m here to get my workout in and I get that texting isn’t allowed but at my regular studio they are never so aggressive and annoying. She could had been much more polite about it and not literally yell in my ear as I’m on a 15 hill incline. I could had easily fallen by her taking me off guard. Some people really need to step back and learn how to be a person. Aside from that the class was pretty standard but Nancy didnt put an effort into helping people correct their form when she was standing next to them just watching.
Mar 29, 2025 · jessica estradathe coaches are wonderful but unfortunately management is a complete joke. i’ve been trying to freeze my membership for over a month and then ultimately decided to cancel due to lack of management response and have yet to hear back from the studio manager after weeks of follow up. OTF is a great workout but save the headache and sign up at any other studio location.
Dec 18, 2024 · Victoria MazzellaI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. I purchased a membership and recently contacted them to freeze my account because I ill and unable to workout. Instead of being understanding or compassionate, the manager yelled at me on the phone and was incredibly aggressive. It was completely unprofessional. I never expected to be treated this way, especially when I am already struggling with my health. This experience has been awful, and I will never return to this gym again. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you value respect and customer care.
