signed up recently with my partner and we both love it! Everyone is extremely friendly and the coaches are great! They do a great job at making you feel included and if you have any questions, the coaches assist you without being super loud about it. Its a very welcoming environment and despite how intimidating it can look, the classes really cater to whatever pace/weight YOU can handle so you never feel like you're not doing enough.

I have been going to OrangeTheory Brooklyn Heights for a couple of years now and love it. If you have a chance to workout with Natasha try it! She cares about the participants and she gives great detailed feedback during the workout. Some of us, like me, need and appreciate it! Frankie is also a fantastic trainer who also gives feedback if you're form is a little off. I like OT because it's a good balance of cardio and weights. Give it a try at Brooklyn Heights!

Jason, bezel and natasha were great help. Natasha was an amazing instructor, very professional and enthusiastic. She was able to properly fix my posture when conducting the exercises. Her and Jason were very informative about the classes and membership process. Overall it was a great experience in which I will be back soon.
