I had an amazing experience at this Nofar Method Pilates Studio location! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The studio itself is beautiful—clean, calming, and perfectly designed to create a focused and relaxing environment. The instructors are incredible. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you get the most out of your session. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they meet you where you are and make sure you feel confident and supported throughout the class. I loved how they paid attention to my form and offered personalized adjustments that made a huge difference in how effective the workout felt. The method itself is a game-changer. It’s challenging in all the right ways but still leaves you feeling energized rather than drained. I could feel my muscles working in ways they hadn’t before, and I walked out feeling stronger and more aligned. What really stood out to me was the sense of community. Everyone there, from the staff to the other clients, is friendly and encouraging. Nov 20, 2024 · Niveen AbdVery clean and nice studio. I went twice and had very different experience each time. Last time I went, it was actually a really good pilates class. The instructor was great, exercises were challenging and I left feeling like I had a very good workout. Today, I did not love the instructor and his exercises- on the Cadillac most exercises were using the springs and the ropes with our legs in the ropes or the springs. First, its very difficult to put your legs in the spring with your legs wide open and then trying to lie down .. it was bit much and i just really preferred the other instructor a lot more. The instructor also kept saying “think about dinner tonight” throughout the class. I just found it a little odd for the class setting. Both days, i felt like it was definitely more challenging pilates than other studios for sure Overall, the studio is clean, exercises leave you feeling a little sore after (which is good) and the location is great! I think once you find the instructor you like, just stick to the person you like.

They now have 2 locations, one in Tribeca and the flagship in Flatiron, both studios are beautifully structured, aesthetically pleasing, have a good energy and very inviting. This is definitely an advanced version of Pilates that really works if you are truly committed and willing to put in the work. I've been coming regularly for about 6 months now and definitely see changes not only in my body but in my form and strength. My absolute favorite instructors are Kara, Brooke and Antonio. They're all amazing in their own ways! I definitely recommend to anyone who's interested in starting their Pilates fitness journey.

I've struggled with back pain over the years, and since starting with these pilates classes, I've had no sign of back pain, plus I actually see and feel my core getting leaner in stronger! The staff and instructors are warm, welcoming, and fun, and the studio atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and motivating!

Let’s start with the teachers here - they are all incredible, personal and make sure to push you when needed. So many different types of teachers but the methodology across the classes are similar which makes it easy to learn and build up your skills. The environment is spotless and so positive with great energy. There is a vibe here that makes me so motivated. I’ve been coming here 3 times a week for the past 6 months and it’s become a hub for all of my girlfriends as well and a home! Nofar Method is THE method!!!
