Big thanks to AZ on the front desk who gave me a warm welcome early on a Sunday morning just after opening: So helpful and friendly. Great gym, excellent free weights section downstairs. It wasn’t busy when I was there so I didn’t have to wait for any equipment. WiFi and steam room too! I’ll be visiting again (good value $30 day pass for non members).

Cycling classes are awesome in this gym. I enjoy Mr Wellington Silva's Cycling class since he incorporates a great balance of resistance and cardio training. He encourages us throughout the class and he is always very helpful if we need any assistance. So, if you want to have a good work out and see results, this is the class for you.

So pleased with the facilities here. Friendly staff and clean space. I particularly love taking Hassna’s Bodypump classes. She’s a great instructor and makes class so enjoyable. Truly one of the highlights of my week is participating in her class.

Just got out of Zumba with Justin (@zumbawithjustin). It was a truly fantastic class! 45 minutes flew by and I left so happy and energized. Please consider adding him to the schedule for Zumba on Wednesdays at 6:30 every week! I want more of Justin, especially given Tatiana has departed this location

Came in on a Wednesday morning for my work out before work as usual today. Around 6:40am something, some trainer(idk his name) came to bother me for “not putting weights back” at the deadlift platform area. When I got there, the weights that were laying around were already there when I got there and I did put them back EXACTLY where and how they were when I got there, the two 45lbs hexagon plates by the wall and the other two by the colored round plates at the deadlift platform, yeah that’s where I got them from and where I placed them back to when I was done. As for the other plates like the blue 35lbs, black 25lbs and all other smaller plates by the wall and floor, I didn’t even touch them. I just moved some so it wasn’t blocking the barbell. But he came to confront me but and not the person who was there before me who actually left them there in the first place. Why didn’t he tell the person who was there before me to do it?? Instead wanted me to rerack them 🤷🏻‍♂️ There’s 1-2 people who works at this gym and I always see them rerack all the weights around the gym, I think that’s part of their job??? And I am not the previous persons nanny, why should I have to clean up after the previous person who left the weights there in the first place? Weights and dumbbells are always left at the wrong places all the time at this gym, why did he only come to me but not everyone else? I don’t see him going up to each and every person all over the gym telling them to put their weights back. Why does he want only me to rerack the weights for other gym members? Hell, good thing I wasn’t using dumbbells, because all the dumbells are all at the wrong spot at this gym. I bet If I was using dumbbells, he would’ve told me to organize the entire dumbell rack all along the wall just to get the pair I used back to its rightful place!
