Finding a workout class to feel comfortable in as a beginner workout was feeling like such a challenge until I came across movement and mindset! Just the name alone made me want to know More! The beginner strength training class with Jane was so great! Welcoming, encouraging and great support learning the basics of strength training. I’ve continued to go back for a month now with plans on making this my regular weekly work out. Definitely recommend!

I have been a part of the movement and mindset community for a little over two years and becoming a part of this team has been one of the most meaningful decisions I’ve ever made in my life. Having the opportunity to work with some of the most incredible women-centric trainers has made the biggest impact on my life and how I look at fitness. With Jane’s help I have built a more positive self image, hit PRs I never imagined, and learned new movements that have made me feel so so strong. Jane and her team work tirelessly to build programs that work to your specific goals and work hard to build your confidence with everything from new equipment, new movements and generally just taking up space in the gym that you deserve. If you are thinking about making this investment in yourself…DO IT. It will change your life, it will alter your brain chemistry in the best way, and will ultimately bring you friends and community that will last a lifetime. I have been taking small group classes with Movement & Mindset for a year now. I love the community. The programs are great and have made getting into strength training less intimidating. The weekend classes are a great way to try it out. Highly recommend!
