This place has gone downhill so fast. No sauna, towels have not come back after covid, over crowded, machines are constantly out of service, the attachments to the cable machines are stolen, and its impossible to find weights because they are all over the gym with no staff ever going to re rack them. This place is also filthy! Truly , one of the most disgusting places I've ever seen, and they dont do a thing about it .Someone approached me the other week trying to sell me drugs. This place needs work, and fast

I just started a month ago and exceeded my expectations, friendly staff, the place clean, good equipment, good music and the best part is zumba class with the teacher Aida 🥰she is the best I love her enthusiasm and caring for us I wish she could take Saturdays with us because Dani is boring, and unfriendly she barely talk to us 🤪and also my friends wants to join the gym but the sauna doesn't work and they said in March they supposed to fix it and we are in April already, I don't know who is lying. Other than that amazing gym❤️

Decent Gym, Needs Better Cleanliness The gym is decent with good equipment, but there’s too much staff at the check-in counter while cleanliness suffers. More attention should be given to keeping the gym clean and tidy, as it would greatly improve the experience.

Did a free 3 day trial Sauna on the woman’s side has been broken for OVER A YEAR according to members! I asked today when will it be fixed it has been a year and the response is I’m not sure I haven’t gotten an update I said I mean it’s been a year clearly there’s no desire to fix it! Hot tub jets aren’t working either! How do you expect me to join this gym when I’m there on a free trial pass and all these issues aren’t even being corrected, but I bet you’re still charging members full price though! Not cool! FIX THE HOT TUB AND SAUNA! The owner should be ashamed and instead of responding only to the positive compliments to this gym respond and FIX the issues from the people leaving negative reviews how do you take peoples hard earned money yet not care that for more than a year your sauna machine is not working smfh!

If i can give a 0 star rating i would have. this gym is disgusting and very unsanitary. they never clean the bathrooms, floors, lockers, or any equipments. There is never any paper towels or wipes to clean the hands or machines. They are so bad in their service and very cheap in maintenance. Half the machines are broken and take weeks to months to be fixed. I gave them so many trials to see if they will get better but no luck there, so it has been month after month and the same result which is extremely disappointing. I will never come to this gym again and this location ruins the LA-Fitness reputation and name. This is a friendly advice please do not go here, there is so much better places elsewhere.
