THEY STOLE FROM ME!!! THIS REVIEW IS NOT FAKE!!! So I enjoyed being a member there, but when I had to unfortunately had to cancel they took an extra $170 when they weren't supposed to. They took it the week of black Friday (which is one of the worst possible times). When I reached out in order to get my refund, I had to send numerous emails (which they would ignore if I was too nice in them). They told me to wait 5-7 business days for the refund, but once those days were up, they completely stopped responding to my emails and kept the money. I had tried numerous times to reach contact with them but they won't respond anymore. I really needed and still need that money, but that means nothing to them.
