I see strong results and it’s an empowering and light hearted environment, which is rare in NYC these days. It’s also a great workout to do with a friend or a great way to meet new people as you are usually paired up in classes!

Jan 29, 2025 · Jack TishmanAVOID AT ALL COSTS F45 is an incredible workout (I've worked out here for over a year) but I would avoid F45 West Village and choose a different location under different ownership. Billing at this location is an absolute nightmare -- overcharging, not cancelling memberships properly, refusing to refund clients when they've been wrongly charged. The gym closed several times because of leaks and they continued to charge customers even though classes were not even offered! It was a nightmare to get refunded. When I went to cancel my membership, they decided (without my permission) to place a freeze on my account and begin charging me a few months later. Getting my money back has been an abhorrent process and is something I am still dealing with today. I highly, highly recommend avoiding. There is an insane amount of turnover in staff, trainers, managers, and the owner - Zayb - is an absolute disaster in managing anything client facing. Choose a different gym! Absolute scumbags!
Oct 03, 2024 · Emily SwappF45 makes it easy and fun to stick to a workout routine. The classes are challenging and motivating, the music’s bumping, but what really makes it special is the coaches. They bring so much energy, are knowledgeable, and give you individual attention and help you modify any exercises you can’t do. I highly recommend F45 if you’re looking for a routine you can stick to, I look forward to my workouts every week and I’m so glad I found this community!

I’ve taken almost ten classes at this studio and I can confidently say that each of the coaches have your back. They’re always watching to make sure you’re practicing good form and technique, and are happy to provide alternatives to the exercises if you have an injury. This location has a fantastic energy — everyone is so motivated to improve themselves and help each other.
