Great place to work out. I take the Saturday boxing class, and it is an amazing workout. It really tests your limits and abilities and takes you to another level. Couch Sui is incredible. He may not look it, but he is legit. I have asked for a Thursday evening class, at 6 pm. I hope it happens.

Mar 22, 2025 · Ketaki TilakHere’s a review you could use: I recently visited Crunch FiDi, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The attitude of the staff completely soured my visit. They were rude, unapproachable, and seemed uninterested in helping or answering any questions. I expect a certain level of professionalism, especially at a gym where I’m paying for membership. Unfortunately, until they address their staff’s behavior, I can’t recommend this location. There are plenty of other gyms in NYC that offer better service, the Planet Fitness down the street is way better quality in general, in terms of equipment, service and price. Do not waste your time at this Crunch location.
Oct 24, 2024 · Ben FIf I could give negative reviews I would. Management here needs to improve. I booked gym time on ClassPass and had meetings shift around so came in an hour before my time slot and they said no problem and let me in. Same thing happened this week so I went to sign in and they were so rude about it saying they did it as a 1 time courtesy which would have been completely fine if they actually did tell me that. They just let me in no problem last time. I walked 30 min to go to the gym thinking they would honor it again as life happens. If I would have known they wouldn’t let me in early I would have contacted ClassPass to help me out as they have great customer service. Instead the manager spoke rudely and lied saying he told me it was a 1 time courtesy when I never even spoke to me last time. Will not be going back as they don’t accommodate to people, they lie and speak disrespectful. Just be honest.
Feb 12, 2025 · leah somervilleI dig it alright, I guess. They also have bigger, fluffier towels than the standard fare @ other Crunch locations. I tend to go early in the morning for classes. I find the staff sort of stand offish, when not actually dismissive. They can be casual about when they begin & end the class. I once went to a yoga class where the instructor was engrossed in a conversation she was having with someone who apparently was first to show for class. So engrossed was she with the sound of her voice she actually started the class late as she fully intended to express herself fully about whatever their conversation was. It was NOT about yoga incidentally. What I found so appalling was that she never saw fit to bother even greeting the other yogis who joined before she launched the class. That felt so antithetic to the practice of Yoga. I experience a good portion of my life here as an “invisible Black Woman” so it hits different when I show up to a yoga class in the center of the world’s capitalist vortex to be met with more ambivalence. Ain’t nobody gotta dap me up or anything. Just acknowledge weary souls seeking higher ground. O, and another thing, some one stole my makeup bag in the women’s locker room. They didn’t get much. It was just a weird violation because there’s been 100’s of times I didn’t bother locking up in different Crunches. The staff I reported it to didn’t bother feigning interest or concern about it. My workout buddy seems to like that location but I’m not really experiencing good vibes there.
