I’ve been to a lot of different Pilates studios, and this one is easily one of my favorites. The instructors are skilled, attentive, and create a really motivating atmosphere. Every class feels intentional, and you can tell they truly care about proper form and making sure clients get the most out of their workout. The studio is clean, well-organized, and has a great community feel. Everything runs smoothly because they have clear policies in place…grip socks are required for safety and hygiene, which is completely standard in any high-quality Pilates studio. It’s a small detail that actually enhances the experience. What really stands out here is the energy and professionalism. The staff is welcoming, the classes are challenging but accessible, and I always leave feeling amazing. If you’re looking for a solid workout in a supportive and well-run studio, this is the spot.

Mar 12, 2025 · Kennyth Montes de ocaThis studio has excellent, innovative equipment and very talented instructors who teach well structured and challenging classes. The floors are wood and you have to bring grip socks or else you have to buy a pair which is standard for most pilates/barre studios.
Jan 30, 2025 · Hailey RobledoI can’t say enough great things about this studio. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much care and effort has gone into creating a welcoming, professional, and well-run space. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress, making sure everyone gets the most out of their workout while keeping things safe and fun. The studio policies are clear, fair, and industry standard, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. The grip sock requirement? Totally understandable and common in Pilates studios for hygiene and safety reasons. The team makes sure first-timers are prepared and have everything they need, and they do their best to accommodate when possible. If you’re looking for high-quality instruction, an uplifting atmosphere, and a studio that actually cares about your experience, this is the place. I’ve been to a lot of different studios, and this one stands out for its professionalism, cleanliness, and strong community feel. Highly recommend!
Mar 12, 2025 · Ken PilatesI’ve been coming to creative core for a while and it’s easily my favorite studio in NYC. The classes are challenging and push you in a great way. All of the instructors are fantastic. I just took a class with Kristen and she not only instructed me through a workout that felt really great, but she also helped me with my alignment and posture throughout different movements. As someone who’s newer to weight lifting, understanding proper form is super helpful/not something I get at other studios.
Feb 18, 2025 · Nina MossThis is hands-down, the best Pilates studio I've been to in the city. The spring and suspend class so perfectly combines lifting and Pilates.. it's SO hard (in a good way!!). All the instructors are awesome and each class is different but equally challenging so you never get bored. I have the monthly unlimited spring and suspend membership and I've gotten in such good shape from just going twice a week!! Seriously, everyone should go to this class. I used to lift all the time, but have lower back and knee injuries that prevent me from lifting like I used to, and this class makes me feel as strong as I did when I was lifting. Also Kristen (the business owner and one of the instructors) is hilarious and awesome and her dog is so cute!!
