Came here for a quick gym session since I was visiting my gf (I'm normally at the Jersey facility). The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The gym itself was clean and bright. The main floor is all cardio machines, and downstairs has some machines for the chest, back, and legs. The top floor consists of free weights, cables, and benches. All in all, it's a very nice gym and convenient.

Sep 04, 2023 · Jon (JSR)Pretty solid gym. I was able to workout as I needed and there is an ample amount of space and equipment. I feel like fellow gym goers are willing to drop gems on different movements if you pay attention, so that might help newer gym goers. The gym itself is pretty clean and I was able to workout everything that I needed to. Keep it going.
Oct 30, 2024 · Franklin C McCants JrHot water has been out all week at this location. A gym needs a hot shower. They charge an extra "maintenance" fee annually but they seem annoyed that I keep asking when the shower will be fixed.
Jan 10, 2025 · David ZWay too many cardio machines and too few benches. Only 2 benches for a gym this size is absurd and there's always a line. Lots of the treadmills are broken anyways as the belt slips when running. Again, they should replace them with more benches. They also really need to put curtains in front of the squat rack by the window because it's unusable for much of the evening during peak hours due to the sun. You can see people avoiding that rack. I've told the staff this and they claimed they'd pass it along to management, but nothing has changed.
Oct 07, 2024 · Jason TOne of the worst places I have been to, always packed with no no room to actually workout. Went to the locker room to change and found out I was robbed with my lock clipped. My stuff got stolen, staff didnt help and wanted me to pay on top of been robbed a fee to cancel....manager always have an attitude and not helpful at all.
