I did my first class at Barry’s for free with the Corporate Challenge! I did not have much expectation going into the class, just pictured it as a regular workout class people goto. However, my perspective changed after completing my first session. Some important aspects to the class I thought was the instructor, the people, and the music. The instructor tells instruction on what do to for the next workout about every 30 sec. There’s a lot of people, I went to 8:30am class. And the music is played out loud at a decent volume. All of this coupled together makes the class exciting, interactive, and motivating as you see other people doing the same thing. Everyone is there with the same goal in mind, and NO headphones! I highly recommend anybody try it out! Best part hands down is Oribe body lotion they have! Smells amazing!

Aug 19, 2023 · Owen MurphyParis makes you sweat! I don’t think I’ve ever had so much fun working out. It was hard but the playlist was 10/10!! The facilities are beautiful and the women’s locker room was well stocked, showers clean, and they provided towels and hair dryers! Even after rinsing off my face was still beat red (which goes to show how hard you work!!)
Jun 27, 2024 · kaylara benfieldTrainer Ian was not engaging with trainees. Workout was good, but it seemed he was just reading the script. A lot of people looked confused. If you’re first time at Barry’s you would be completely lost. Good it was not my first time so I followed my instincts.
Jan 06, 2025 · Julia VoronkovaNice spacious studio, friendly front desk team and a brilliant high-energy class with Sashah, who was super friendly. Only slight gripe was the terrible water pressure in the showers (seems to be a NYC-wide issue - maybe why most regulars wash at home?) and a slight sense of being hurried out of the locker room by the cleaning crew after what was the last class of the day!
May 11, 2024 · X YThis review is for the front desk staff and manager Kara. These are rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Please stay away from this location. I experienced discrimination today from the staff. I paid for class, checked in to class, and was told my spot was given to someone else on the waitlist with no explanation other than someone on the front desk staff forgot to check me in. I have never experienced incompetence before especially for a place you’re paying a premium for. Please avoid this place because of the rude front desk staff!
