I am doing my regular private sessions twice a week. Victoria’s Pilates class is my favorite in NYC. She Her sessions are thoughtfully paced, a perfect mix of strengthening and stretching. Victoria is the best Pilates instructor I have ever had. She devises a workout plan based on your goals and your body conditions. She is gentle yet strict, always pushing your limits, all the while being extremely patient. Her studio is so clean and calming. It has all the things you need for a great Pilates lesson.
