The workouts are both challenging and fun. The coaches truly customize it to your level and are very great at breaking down the technique. And the music is lit!

Hip Fit has helped me restart my kickboxing and fitness journey in the healthiest way. Coach Deena helps me stay consistent and continuously pushes me to do better. She's one of the most inspiring people I've ever met and I look forward to every class!

I love this kickboxing class!!! I’ve gone to different studios and kickboxing/boxing gyms around NYC over the years and this one is my favorite. Deena is a talented instructor, great at working with all levels, and fosters an inclusive environment. All of the people I’ve met in class are cool (it’s not “culty” at all), Deena’s musical selections are energizing, and the workout is GOOD. It’s a well-designed 45-minute mix of strength training, cardio, and bag and mitt work. I always feel great after class, and I’ve made some new friends there, too. EDIT: The class has gotten even better since moving to Hell's Kitchen. The new space is BIG, and there's lots of room to spread out and practice punching and kicking. Deena has also started offering techniques classes for fine-tuning skills in addition to general kickboxing fitness classes, so there's definitely something here for all levels.
