The studio is so beautiful; a gem in the neighborhood. I really enjoy the vibe in there. All the plants and natural light give it such an inviting and uplifting energy and I love that the space has personality — not just your ordinary out of the box studio. I took a Saturday morning class with Devlin and it was wonderful — a super energizing but paceful class. Perfect way to start the day 🩵

I have been regularly practicing yoga for 8 years now - I have lived all over the country and have belonged to many studios, but this studio is incredibly unique and it has hands down become one of my all time favorites. The staff is so incredibly kind and accommodating. Everyone is considerate and passionate. Each instructor is professional and timely, but also warm and inviting. I’ve really enjoyed the aerial classes, it has been so fun to add to my repertoire of movement - Maya, Paige and Sam are wonderful aerial instructors. I feel that the pace has been good for a beginner but challenging enough to keep me interested. The studio itself is inviting, calming, spacious and clean. I always feel at ease in this studio. I am very grateful to live nearby.

I go to And Yoga maybe about once a week for their aerial yoga and I absolutely love it. Maya and Paige are the absolute best instructors! They are extremely patient and by the end of the class you leave feeling completely relaxed. I've also impressed my friends/family with the tricks I've learned from them. The studio is really cute; super clean and and really pretty. They have little plants all over and it smells amazing. Also, its really easy to get to, there's always parking or the train is down the block. Definitely recommend anyone to check them out!

The only reason I purchased a 5-month membership was so I could pause it during a 2-month visit to my family. Before committing, I specifically sought confirmation, as I was facing financial hardship and needed flexibility. I was assured this would be possible. However, when the time came to pause my membership, I was informed it wasn’t allowed because my membership was part of a promotion. I was misinformed, and the burden of their mistake was unfairly placed on me. Had I known, I would have chosen another studio that offered more flexibility. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I regret having to leave this two-star review.
